We had a wonderful stay at al ertiqaa. the hotel was clean and offered a comfortable atmosphere throughout our visit. we especially enjoyed the warm welcome with arabic coffee and dates at reception. the spacious room and well-maintained bathroom exceeded our expectations, and despite the limited breakfast options, the quality of food was good. the hotel’s location in a peaceful residential area, yet close to the main road and convenience stores, made it very convenient for us.

Great and magnificent location, I truly enjoyed almost everything.
The whole place was clean and the staff were nice. The bedroom was huge and perfect. The breakfast was varied and delicious, the check in was quick. Location: the hotel was not far from pharmacy, airport and Jeddah. I had some drinks at Symposium, positioned 300 metres away👌

The room was a pleasant surprise, featuring an assortment of dry snacks, perfect for a quick bite between activities.
I did notice a slight issue with the Wi-Fi connectivity, which was occasionally spotty in my room.

Honestly, the place was neat and comfy! I loved having Arabic coffee with dates at the reception; such a nice touch! The location was decent, close to convenience stores and eateries, plus it was pretty quiet. The breakfast was okay, just a bit limited. I appreciated the room size and the clean bathroom; it felt like a good value for the price!
But let’s get real, there were some major issues. The bathroom lighting was terrible—really hard to shave in there. service? Ugh, not great. I had to wait ages just to get more water, and the reception staff didn’t seem friendly at all. The room felt cramped for two, and come on, charging for water? Not cool! I wasn’t that impressed, to be honest.

The location was perfect for exploring nearby shops and restaurants. Although the shower water pressure was low, overall I'd recommend this hotel.

The noise level was unbearable; we ended up with a room next to the external AC unit. The vibrations and sounds kept me awake all night, totally ruining my stay. It was just not the relaxing experience I hoped for.

Absolutely loved the comfy vibe and the coffee at reception was a delightful surprise! But really, charging for water? How quaint-guess I should have packed my own hydration! I left with a thirst for decent service.

Impressive Room Design and Amenities, Excellent Service. One area for improvement would be to address noise levels in certain rooms and offer a variety of pillow options for guests with different preferences.
